After releasing their Billboard-chart-topping second album Where You Want to Be, the five-piece hit the road in a big way, playing many shows (headlining and with Jimmy Eat World, as well as the Vans Warped Tour and the Leeds and Reading festivals) which lead to members forgetting their own home addresses and phone numbers. The band went for a more-is-more approach on Louder Now.
