FIRST COURSE
Roasted butternut squash soup – toasted sunflower seeds, brown butter crouton, maple crema

HWI warm beet salad – spring greens, arugula, maple candied pecans, Mykonos feta, pickled red onion, orange, and sultana raisin vinaigrette

SECOND COURSE
Chilean Sea Bass – caramelized shallot potato pave, brown butter roasted heirloom carrot, white miso and kazu glaze

Surf & Turf – Dry aged NY steak, butter poached lobster tail, white truffle whipped potato, confit garlic broccolini, demi
