I have been curating art exhibitions and installations for decades, and historically I have seen many great pieces of art and well created bodies of work. Since we opened Art in The Barn Gallery we made a general decision not to display abstract art. Not because it isn’t fun and fabulous but mostly because there are many galleries that do showcase abstract art.
But there is just something about Gwendolen O’Connor’s talent. .
It is always exciting to find a new emerging artist, and we are so delighted to showcase her work and introduce the images to you…… I have already picked out the ones I am buying and I look forward to seeing you at the gallery so you can pick out yours.
