Slip Critical Presents: FEARBIRDS/ EMPRESS/ BIKURA

FEARBIRDS:

Hailing from East Vancouver FEARBIRDS are a viciously loud Metal/hardcore group known for their high energy shows and pummeling riffs. Featuring members of Canadian bands Barn Burner, Dead Quiet, Heron and BRASS this group has no shortage of experience and vitriol to draw from. With their first full length “Aux Blood” (recorded by Jesse Gander at Raincity Recorders) completed, FEARBIRDS are primed to introduce their own brand of brutally heavy and catchy as hell hardcore to the world.

EMPRESS:

Empress is an ambient Doom/ Stoner/ sludge group that encaptures Pacific Northwest in their sound. Influences ranging from Sigur Ros, Elder, Inter Arma and everything in between. They consider their musical vision and pay no regard to the staggering pressures of the scene. Empress's critically acclaimed stage show, is a fierce experience for fans and spectators Since their formation in 2017.
