Beautiful Luck is a West Coast Indie Folk duo from Victoria BC. Sue Black (vocal, guitar) and Carl Lefebvre (vocal, ukuleles) have been playing together for 5 years in and around Victoria and Vancouver Island at farmers markets, cafes, and restaurants.

Sue and Carl also organize, produce and host shows and tribute nights showcasing local musical talent. They also host a bi-weekly outdoor Open Mic in nearby Saanich.

They have recorded a seven song EP entitled ‘Moonwish’ which features six original songs.

Beautiful Luck’s repertoire covers a variety of genres including roots, country, pop, and blues. They pride themselves on choosing an eclectic mix of harmony inspired songs mixed with original compositions. From Blue Rodeo to Dan Hicks, to the Sons of Pioneers to Kathleen Edwards they perform a variety of tempos, styles and harmonies; there is something for everyone when Beautiful Luck perform.

This show is by donation! We have a limit of 17 seats and require customers to wear a mask when not seated. We are licensed (carrying beer, cider, and Baileys for your coffee), which means we do check vaccine QR codes upon entrance.

We are located at 1002 Hillside Ave, at the corner of Hillside and Quadra! Street parking is available in the area.
