Join for a delightful evening of Lieder, melodie, cabaret and showtunes featuring works by Hugo Wolf, Igor Stravinsky and Francis Poulenc as well as songs by Kurt Weill, Jacques Brel, Noël Coward and Rodgers and Hart.Soprano Anne Grimm is an internationally recognized performer, specializing in early music and baroque repertoire. Having appeared extensively in Europe and North America with companies such as the Nationales Riesopera, the Amsterdam Baroque Orchestra and the Netherlands Chamber Orchestra; the Bethlehem Bach Choir and the Tanglewood Festival in the US; the National Arts Centre Orchestra and Taflemusik here in Canada among others, Ms. Grimm has enjoyed a varied and exciting career.
Among the elite of Canadian pianists, Bruce Vogt is a unique and dynamic performer. He appears regularly in concert within Canada, but has also inspired audiences in England, the USA, Germany, France, Italy, Norway, Bulgaria, China, and Japan.
