Join Victoria’s songstress Lorraine Nygaard and her fabulous band members of Ashley Wey on piano, Louis Rudner on bass, and Damian Graham on drums, as they present an evening that will offer relaxation, inspiration, and rejuvenation.Whether you sit back and enjoy the variety of genres delivered in Lorraine’s soulful stylings in contemplation, or choose to step up and enjoy some dancing, there are opportunities for everyone. Solstice is the 22nd, Lorraine’s birthday is the 24th, and she’s excited to share the magic of the season with you: mixing, mingling, and a few prizes too! Note that this is the last show before Hermann’s closes for the holiday season, so get your groove on on a Monday night! Yes you can! Hermann’s is an all-ages venue, so the whole family can enjoy the magic that happens in a live music setting. Ashley, like many of Victoria’s top jazz musicians, got her foundations from the Hermann’s scene starting when she was a young teenager.
