Event Description

Josef Mieto is a professional singer, guitarist and harmonica player currently residing in Victoria, B.C. Born and raised in Northern Ontario by way of Ottawa, his unique sound conjures images of vintage Bob Dylan, Leonard Cohen, Cat Stevens with a hint of Eddie Vedder for good measure.
An accomplished songwriter in his own right, Josef has five albums of original music to his credit. He has toured and performed throughout Canada, Europe and Central America, and his music has been featured on dozens of radio stations across Canada (Including CBC Radio One) and Europe.
He grew up playing in bands but has been performing as a solo act since 2009, entertaining thousands of enthusiastic listeners along the way.
