PILL SQUAD - consists of Vancouver & Victoria music scene veterans from bands such as the Hip Type, 64 Funnycars, Stab 'Em in the Abdomen, Ogre, Liquor Kings, China Syndrome and Full Leather Jacket. They play garage rock with strong vintage punk, glam, power-pop and 70s AM radio rock tendencies. Touchstones include the Cramps, the Sonics, Edward Bear, the Damned and Elton John. They put out a self-titled EP in 2015, praised by Discorder Magazine as having "wit, style, and great pop-punk sensibilities."
