Meet Vic Horvath. She’s a talented guitarist, heavy souled blues singer and songwriter.Vic works hard at her songwriting craft and takes no shortcuts when it comes to the source of her music. Currently studying music at a Post Secondary level at the Victoria Conservatory Of Music. Vic is now taking a more schooled approach to things. Classical guitar technique mixed with her blues background make for one interesting blend of genres. Vic has performed for many events among witch is Calgary’s first ever LGBTQ Art and music exhibition Risen.
There is an obvious element of spontaneity in Vic’s style of playing. Her songs are honest, to the point and lyrically hard hitting.
“I tip my hat to early blues, respectively.” says Vic “I always say if you can’t feel your roots there's a small chance you might not catch any sun.”
