Event Description
Pablo Luis Cardenas is a pianist with the ability to play in a multitude of styles each with enthusiasm, skill and finesse. He has a charisma and charm that both intrigues and entertains his audience.This talented musician originates from Cuba and was destined for a life in music after his hands first touched a piano at the age of five. When he was seven years old began to study at the Conservatory of Music in Matanzas and went on to graduate from the National Conservatory of Music in Havana in 2001.
Pablo is playing his first Canadian headline show on Valentine's Day at Hermann's. He will be joined on stage by Rob Johnson [acoustic bass], Kelby MacNayr [drums], Peter Dowse [electric bass] with vocals by Mira Black. The show will be a unique fusion of jazz, Latin jazz and classical with some intriguing renditions of your favourite love songs. This will be an evening of nostaljazz.
