Event Description
Leave the Lion is an original rock band from Vancouver BC. The four members came together as the “Adam Rosenthal Band” in late 2010 to perform material from Adam Rosenthal's solo album "Perhaps We're All to Blame". Naturally, new material was written during rehearsals, and the live shows soon consisted of an even mix of Adam's solo work and newly written songs. Since everyone contributed in the writing process for the new material, “Adam Rosenthal Band” needed a new name! After a velvet lion portrait was left behind in theirrehearsal space, the guys embraced the name and officially dubbed the new material “Leave the Lion” songs.

All Kings Assembly
Once upon a time there were four northern wildmen who were given musical instruments as part of a social experiment in hopes that they would find some semblance of culture and civility. The experiment was a failure, they were unable to give up their savage ways. The damage was done and the wildmen could not be re-integrated into their natural environment. It was decided by the ministry of song'n'dance that they should be made to entertain the masses until the cost of the experiment was recuped. This wanderlust assembly of sonic explorers have been performing ever since, rocking the muse and crafting ethereal soundscapes into music that sounds like a thunderstorm dipped in honey.

One Life Animal
Clawing its way onto the scene, One Life Animal is a four-headed tone monster leading the evolution of rock in Vancouver. Blending heavy guitar, pouncing bass, thundering drums and an intense, melodic style of vocals, they play heavy yet accessible music that carries on the tradition of grungy, west coast rock.
