Event Description
Like the intuition implied by synchronized movement, Jess Hill's music reminds you of something you thought you'd forgotten. Anchored in the tendencies of folk, blues and jazz, Jess tells stories: cyclones and downpours, hovering birds, white skies. 2006 marked the release of her first full length album Road. In the dim light of midnight living rooms and in the hearts of singing shadows, Jess Hill is building something beautiful.http://www.jesshill.ca
Hailed as “The Whiskey Sipping Darling of the Vancouver Country Scene”, Shiloh Lindsey’s music is for somewhere between that after-hours moment in the dimly lit bar when Johnny Cash comes on the jukebox for the last time, and that instant when the sun first starts to turn the sky from darkness to dawn.

Terra Grimard's two favorite things in life are traveling and creating music. She recently released an album titled 'Unconventional Shining' which was self-recorded in her apartment. 'Her delicate, precise and airy vocals are beautifully couched in the spartan backing music.' The Province.

Winnipeg born, Vancouver based guitarist/composer Jeff Younger is one of the busiest, most interesting and original musicians in Canada. Prone to rampantly tasty guitaristic diversity, deadly serious compositional tendencies, and lawless sprees of sonic expressionism, he's been called "the mad scientist of the electric guitar" and "Vancouver's own Frank Zappa".
