The SICKS fuse a wide array of genres to create their own unique form of Rock'n'Roll. Their distinct, memorable songs capturs a simple, positive sound that makes you want to get up and move. Two guitarists trade licks in a style reminiscent of the Stones, and each song is infused with Animal-worthy drums and steady bass chops that draw from the reggae and rock world. AMMONIA STARS deliver a lyrical blend of classic styles mixed with futuristic and hybrid sounds built on a foundation of solid pop song construction. Favourably compared to David Bowie, early Radiohead, The Verve, Muse and other British acts, some would coin their sound as a creative blend of art rock and progressive rock, with influences including Radiohead, The Cure, The Smiths, The Police and many others.
