From an auto repair shop that ran from 1948 on in Victoria's industrial Rock Bay neighorhood to what is now a full service custom vintagemotorcycle shop and gourmet eatery. Wheelies hosts live bands every weekend, while in the summer has a large compound where they can host large outdoor shows.
