Established in 1998, The Alibi Room is a “Modern Tavern” located on the edge of Gastown. Heritage brick and beam combined with a magnificent view of the mountains and rail tracks provide the back drop. As a live music venue, the downstairs “Sanctuary” provides a very comfortable, intimate space brought to life by local artist and neighbour Zebulon Lael Austin. Boasting an unprecedented 14 local cottage brew beers on tap from all over the province, The Alibi Room underscores it’s status as a truly unique venue by providing customers with hard to find products with a local theme.
