The WELL retail section also functions as public place for creative artists to have a forum for the expression of their art and a place to meet the expressed need in Greater Victoria area for an authentic community experience. It is a large, open space sectioned off into a cafe (The Side Bar DeCafe) offering fresh, local foods and healthful drinks, a lounge/reaing area, WiFi, retail section providing environmentally conscious products, a new/used books, clothing and sundry merchandise. The environment is decorated by local artists. Literary, musical, and artistic events will be featured on a regular basis.
