Their Band Name
When this five-piece group formed in 2011 they decided on a name that connected them together, as a tight knit group of friends. They have strong family values which is a huge influence on the music that they write and play.
The Glorious Sons are comprised of five members – Brett Emmons (Vocals), Jay Emmons (Guitar), Andrew Young (Guitar), Adam Paquette (Drums), and Chris Huot (Bass).
Their Big Break
The band got their first chance when the owner of a hometown bar, The Merchant, saw something special and decided to give them a weekly gig. This is where they were able to perform songs that they were truly passionate about. The Glorious Sons were given an opportunity to show the town of Kingston, Ontario their talents; which then lead them to being signed by Black Box Records.
Their Music
Their debut full length album came out in 2014, called The Union. This album got them nominated for Rock Album Of The Year at the JUNO Awards in 2015.
