Big Speck

Big Speck performed one concert (in 2019) and recorded one album (2020). The group featured singers Rosemary Jeffery and Cam Culham, cellist Laura Backstrom (for the concert), cellist Alasdair Money (for the recording), violinist Kate Rhodes, guitarist/bassist Doug Hensley, drummer Jon Miller, double-bassist Alex Olson (for the recording), and pianist/keyboardist Mark Reed. Glen Hollingshead engineered and played some guitar and bass on the album. Their folk, rock, classical, jazz, and musical theatre backgrounds blended to perform Mark's original sci-fi-informed songs that dared to present objective views of life on Earth.
