Since 1997 I have spent my life being connected to the guitar either through playing them, repairing them, selling them or writing music on them. I generally have had the luxury of playing original music either of my own making or as a side-man because I was never really good at learning cover songs. I create a lot of styles of music but generally focus on rootsy music, early British Heavy Metal, hard rock and acoustic guitar instrumentals. Electric, acoustic,slide and finger-style are what I generally prefer as well as thudding on the bass. As well as being a performer on the guitar along the way I’ve also spent time as a road crew member, guitar repair tech, live sound/monitors, home recording, guitar teacher, sideman on guitar and occasionally on the bass, retail guitar store owner, gear seminar demo-guy, pa rental and often make a solid cup of espresso to consume in a responsible manner.
