Kim is a multi-faceted artist whose work spans genres including jazz, pop, musical theatre, and classical. An actor at heart, her expressiveness shines through in her performances with her warm, smooth vocals evoking images of singers from bygone eras. Kim's professional career began three decades ago at Grafton St. Dinner Theatre in Halifax, NS. Since then, she has performed with many ensembles from duo to full orchestra, across the country, and internationally. Kim has created, produced, and starred in several projects including Ella at 100, All About That Verse, and The Carpenters and Burt Bacharach. Her most recent venture, in collaboration with Diane Pancel, is Doris and Judy Together, celebrating the incredible musical legacies of Doris Day and Judy Garland in honour of their 100th birthdays. Kim is also the lead vocalist with the Commodores Big Band, Victoria's own big band dance band.
