New to Victoria from the mainland, Rob Fillo is on a mission. His contemporary folk originals cut straight to the pulse of existential reflection in this new era of evidently unstable civilization. His reflections on love and romance meet with questioning the core values of society as a whole with mystical metaphors and unabashed truth telling.

Fillo is generally found, guitar in hand, serving communities with his own brand of public music therapy with the voice of a fallen angel trying to fly again and a heart of silver that emanates emotional perturbations throughout the aether. This enigma of a man has cast off his corporate career endeavours to live his life as a peace pilgrim, sharing his music in venues small and large with a burning passion to perform at anytime, anywhere. Rob’s love-centric sounds will both thrill and sooth while piercing the cold steel heart of the most stoic of audience members.
