Hello Blue Roses features Dan Bejar (of Destroyer https://www.facebook.com/Destroyer/ and The New Pornographers) and Sydney Hermant. Bejar and Hermant created HBR in 2008. Their name is a reference to a line from Tennessee William's The Glass Menagerie. They released their debut album, The Portrait Is Finished and I Have Failed to Capture Your Beauty..., in 2008 through by Locust Music followed up by WZO in 2015 with most of the songs written by Hermant. If you missed these guys last time they played at the Owl with Frog Eyes, you're in for a real treat!!
