In its Nouvelle Scène concert series, Le Centre culturel francophone de Vancouver will present the Gabriel Dubreuil Quartet in Studio 16 in the Maison de la francophonie de Vancouver on Friday, May 12, 2017.

Described as a “fast rising” and a “Coup de cœur” by Georgia Straight and CBC Radio-Canada, Gabriel Dubreuil and his group Swing Grass has its roots in Vancouver, British Columbia. Steve Edge of Celtic Connection describes the group as a vibrant example of Celtic-jazz fusion along with other influences, interpreted by exceptional musicians. The quartet is composed of Jay Knutson on guitar, William Ross on bass, Ben Kelly on percussion and Gabriel Dubreuil on violin.
