Come on out on Thursday Feb 9th to hear the Wes Carroll Confabulation live at Northern Quarter! Admission will be by donation.8 = dinner set. We'll be playing a mix of originals, standards, Wes Montgomery and some John Scofield this set.

The Wes Carroll Confabulation walks the tight-rope, balancing detailed arrangements with the power of spontaneity. They have been performing and adapting their music since early 2015, most notably at the Victoria Jazz Festival in 2015. Their unique sound is created through the marriage of difference where jazz meets groove, soulful vocals meet intricate melodies and trumpet combines with guitar. They perform predominantly original music, reaching out into a world of hip-hop rhythms and modern harmony while not losing their footing in jazz, soul and the blues.
