Vancouver! Coming at you with bells, whistles and other noise-making devices, three local powerhouses are bringing home the boogie Saturday, March 5 at the Media Club.
Ripple Illusion are the newest 'old souls' on the retro rock scene. They bring a fresh take on an old sound; combining funk, blues and psychadelic influences with modern alternative rock. Described by Wordpress as "one of the most ‘together’-sounding bands that I’ve ever heard", Ripple Illusion's chemistry and energy must be seen to be believed.

Smack dab in the middle will be Red Haven, best described as "a unique blend of the calm nature of the West with the flowing current of the Mississippi River". This group will take you to New Orleans and back in a time machine. Featured on stages at folk music festivals such as Arts Wells, Quadrapalooza, Tiny Lights Festival, and Hootstock, these guys are deservingly making waves throughout the province and beyond.
