Event Description
Bounce, baby, bounce!LYSSA ♥
Lyssa is passionate about art, clothing & costume design, music, & dancing. Her first appearance as DJ "Lyssa" took place in 2005. Having spent 11 years in Mexico, and being fortunate enough to be exposed to Latin culture, she has a strong desire to explore her roots in her musical selections. Lyssa's style could be described as sexy, smooth, organic, & classy, depending on what what mood we catch her in, expect anything from deep rolling Chicago house to quirky & bouncy Latin house..
Lyssa has had the privilege of performing at summer festivals such as Shambhala Music Festival, Victoria Electronic Music Festival, Entheos Gathering, Bushwacked, Fozzyfest, Uprising, and Solaris. She made Victoria her home in spring 2007, and you can catch her performing regularly at some of the city's coolest lounges & underground hotspots like Hush, The Sunset Room, Temple, Cenote & The Mint.

NAOMI NICE ♥
A born entertainer, DJ Naomi Nice took her first steps on the dancefloor at the age of 9 months. No matter what event she was attending, it was inevitable for her to somehow end up behind the music, on the stage or attached to a microphone. After so many years of being on the dancefloor she finally tried her hands on the Wheels of Steel. She had her first headlining gig a few months later, playing alongside the infamous Mamma Miche at Lucky Bar in Victoria, BC.
Fast forward 12 years and you name it, DJ Naomi Nice has played it. With hundreds of professional DJ gigs under her belt, she has played almost every Club, Pub, Lounge and after hours party place in the city of Victoria, as well as many other appearances at private events, art shows, boat cruises, excersize classes and weddings on Vancouver Island and the Mainland. She was the resident ‘window’ DJ at the Levi Store, held weekly or monthly residencies at Suze, Sauce, Temple/Salute, Glo, Sugar Nightclub, The Office Lounge, Paparazzi Nightclub, and Q Bar in Victoria BC. She also had featured nights at the Pressroom in Nanaimo, BC. In 2009, DJ Naomi Nice gained International status when she travelled to Spain and DJ’d at the annual festival for the Running of the Bulls…not to mention having played alongside the likes of DJ Heather, Colette, DJ Dan, DJ Leanne, Greenskeepers and many other local superstars in Victoria, on the Island and Mainland.
Her unique style ranges from deep soulful sexy house to booty shaking blood thumping techno/progressive house. Whether she’s spinning old school vinyl or little silver discs, this rare talent is not to be missed!
FUNADDICT = )
Fozzie Bear's distant cousin Ryzzie Bear! Ry spent years refining some of the skills and qualities he and Fozzie shared. After several years as a mildly successful standup comedian, he landed a job as a game show host in Krablakistan called "Fun in Haus!?" A morbidly humorous live event banned in most Western Countries. After the bombing and subsequent collapse of the studio, Ry took to focusing on some of his other natural abilities. With the use of Social Media, Ry earned himself stage shares with Colin Dion and Garth Books, as well as big screen shots like in the movie Boreat and Titanik. But it was has time spent in Langford, B.C. that would take him to where he is today. Falling in with the 'raver' scene on Vancouver Island he discovered a sound with a bpm synchronized with his ADHD! His style became THE style! His dance moves became THE dance moves! His uncontrollable, awkward, jerky movements - were all perfectly natural here! That settled it. He knew where he belonged. He switched gears completely. He yearned to make the music to which everyone danced. Trading his "Wocka Wocka" for "Wicka Wicka" He jumped on the decks - developing his craft in basements and closets all over he Western Communities for over a decade.
