Late show: Flying Fox and the Hunter Gatherers with Blackberry Wood
Winnipeg’s favourite gypsy-jazz-orchestral outfit, Flying Fox and the Hunter Gatherers features original rock opera, old style crooning and a killer brass section.
A band fascinated by folk tales, puppet shows, and homemade mythologies, Flying Fox performs music about the sexual misadventures of heavy machinery, the nighttime journeys of little boys and lions born of a human womb. They're even known to take their monster heads on the road and perform their original rock opera, "The Wild Things." Don't miss the spectacle that is a Flying Fox live show!
