Get ready to Throw Down! URBANITE returns to celebrate the work of contemporary BC artist Sonny Assu, Gregory Ball, Megan Dickie, Tyler Hogins and Alison MacTaggart. This boisterous evening will feature a face-off between Champion Sound Deejays Murge and Verse, playful hits of humour from Theatre SKAM, powerful punchs of social commentary in the exhibition arena, and thought-provoking exhibition tours with Curator Nicole Stanbridge.URBANITE has quickly become Victoria's favourite art party. This time drawing inspiration from our new exhibition titled "Throw Down", this evening aims to celebrate and advocate contemporary art in our community.
