Event Description
on sale mar 24 @ 10amIn 1997 Finger Eleven released Tip, followed by The Greyest of Blue Skies three years later. In 2003 the Burlington, Ontario hard-rock quintet released its breakthrough self-titled third album, which delivered the hit “One Thing”. Since then, superhero movies The Punisher, Elektra, and Daredevil, have featured the quintet’s music, along with videogames Burnout 3 and SSX 3.
Launching on March 6, 2007 the album’s first week Soundscan tally marks Them vs. You vs. Me as the #2 release in Canada and the bands highest debut to date. The addictive first single entitled ‘Paralyzer’, which the band recently performed on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, continues to dominate Canadian Rock Radio, holding the #1 Chart position for the 7th week in a row and is the #1 ringtone download at Warner Music Canada this week! The accompanying video to ‘Paralyzer’ is receiving massive exposure through video outlets across the country. It is currently charted inside the Top 10 on MuchMusic’s Top 30 countdown.
Finger Eleven’s Wind-Up labelmates Strata is a young, up-and-coming San Francisco band with a hot new single “Cocaine (We’re All Going to Hell)” making waves on the Internet. The group counts the Police, Radiohead, and U2 as influences, and is touring with Kill Hannah as well as Finger Eleven in support of its latest album, Strata Presents: The End of the World.
Inward Eye is a 3-piece rock band from Winnipeg, Manitoba consisting of brothers Dave, Kyle, and Anders Erickson.
Despite their young age Inward Eye has been playing together for over 6 years. Their energetic sound is reminiscent of The Jam, The Kinks, and The Who but at the same time remains fresh and modern.
At the heart of Inward Eye is their live show that wins over audience members every time they play. With Anders’ showmanship, Kyle’s spastic guitar outbursts, and Dave’s command of the audience, Inward Eye is bringing back a fun spontaneity to rock shows.
