Providing Community Programs and Services The Victoria West Community Centre is situated in the beautiful Banfield Park in heart of Vic West. The Victoria West Community Centre is operated by the Victoria West Community Association. We offer a variety of programs and services designed to meet the diverse needs of our community. The centre provides recreation and leisure programs, Out of School Care with the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Victoria, Little Step Licensed Preschool, special events, facility rentals and Par-T-Perfect Birthday Parties.
