Moe Bar is located on 10th Ave. on Capitol Hill, and serves (among other things) as the in-house box office for Neumos. Tickets are available during regular bar hours (3PM to 2AM) from your friendly Moe Bartender. Moe Bar also has excellent Happy Hour specials ($3 Beers, $3 Wells, as well as discounts on food from Fish Fry and Via Tribunali).
