The CRD Arts Development Service provides funding support to arts organizations on behalf of eight participating municipalities: Victoria, Saanich, Oak Bay, Esquimalt, View Royal, Metchosin, Highlands and Sidney. Although not a participant in the Service, the municipality of North Saanich has provided a donation in support of regional arts since 2013.
