Oak Bay has a rich heritage of supporting arts in our community. Many art-related community events are held throughout the year in the municipality, and many community organizations contribute to the arts through education, performance, display, creation, or sponsorship. The Oak Bay Parks, Recreation, and Culture department also has many arts and cultural events and programs throughout the year.
