Ruthie & Winfield

ruthie & winfield are a three-piece collection of disrespectful teenagers from victoria, british columbia. they are comprised of simon 'bobimon' haisell on keys & beats & other eccentric instruments, blake enemark on guitar & vocal noise, and emily medd handling the strings and all things female. they would like to liken their music to the lichen that grows on really big trees and russian literature. they are currently in the midst of recording a top-secret half-record that will most likely never surface, and are also in the midst of trying to play shows that will mostly likely never take place. if they can ever learn how to keep time with a ghetto blaster blasting beats as loud as radio raheem blasted 'fight the power', they hope to one day appear in public, playing their instruments together as one cohesive unit.
