Adam is an experienced singer-songwriter with 9 independent albums and a 3-song EP who lives in Kingston with his family. His first studio release was in 1997, featuring acoustic guitar and voice (watching the waves). His material is melody-driven and influenced by the likes of the Beatles, Nina Simone, Lenny Kravitz, and 90s Canadian rock and folk/rock. After releasing three more independent self-produced acoustic albums, In 2012 Adam released another studio album, "songs from the ending road", produced by Toronto indie legend Ron Hawkins, of the Lowest of the Low. He released four more albums after 2013, all been self-produced and released, and his catalogue is available worldwide digitally through Indiepool. His most recent work is the 3-song EP "ruling class insanity", released December 2022. In Kingston, Adam has played at the Grad Club, Musiiki Cafe, the Mansion, the Queen’s Pub, the Clark Hall pub, the Portsmouth Tavern, and Riverhead Brewing. He has played the Horseshoe Tavern as well as the Tranzac in Toronto, the Yellow Door in Montreal, Kaffe 1870 in Wakefield, the Redbird Live in Ottawa, and Oktoberfest as well as the Windsor in Vankleek Hill, his home town. He can be often seen at peace, social and environmental justice actions, and is happy curled up with some left or humanist literature, jamming with his family, listening to piano jazz greats like Timmons, Peterson or Vance, writing scripts, or singing in Cantabile Choirs in Kingston.
