The legendary Dave Wanger aka Charter Cruise, is from THE victoria band, Daddy's Hands whose nightmarish performances set the standard and laid down the law for every other band to follow. Many successors draw inspiration and pay homage to that noise, FROG EYES, and Atlas Strategic to name a couple, but this guy, he did it first.
