The Spinoffs

The Spinoffs play street rock. Street rock is real punk rock & roll. Real punk rock has melody and harmony (Think about it. The Ramones, much?). Real punk rock has dirty, fuzzy guitars. Real punk rock is stripped down.

Great people have come and gone, but the constants have been Justin (singer, songwriter, guitar player) and Scott (bass player, harmonizer, sidekick). Rounding out the four-piece is the Skytrain Shane on lead guitar and Orville Sex on drums.

The Spinoffs self-released a 7" E.P. called Break Out! in 2000, following that up with a full-length C.D. on AMP Records called Straight Leather Jacket in 2003. Their new record, Street Rock Stars, came out at the beginning of 2006. The Spinoffs have toured in Canada with The Riff Randells, MAOW, New Town Animals, and Operation Makeout, going as far as Northern Quebec. They have also toured in the western part of the United States.

Look for a 7" to come out on Mutant Pop in early 2009.
