SEEKING A TALENTED LEAD GUITARIST AND CO-SONGWRITER We are an all-originals, old-school classic metal band, seeking a group-minded lead-guitarist/co-songwriter. We are semi-professional musicians who have worked closely together for some time now to write and develop our own material with a hard-edged, classic metal sound (think of Priest, Maiden, Sabbath, Scorpions, Pantera, Saxon, etc) and epic, often cinematic lyrics. Our drummer and bassist/backup vocalist have years of experience and have worked together since early 2015; our lead vocalist joined in 2019 with a raw, primal talent and his own contributions to the songwriting process. Our songs take the listener on a journey, and many of them inspire critical thought or reflection. But the core of our music--never to be compromised--is our strong love of melody. Metal is great, but only if it has melody that invokes an emotional response. We are a very well-functioning, solid band, very democratic and with a solid friendship and comradery, very easy to get along with.
