Hayes Glass Designs was founded in 2014 by Tyler Hayes to showcase his hand blown glass art sculptures. Tyler has been blowing glass full time since 2003 through his art design partnership, Mystic Glass Creations. Mystic Glass has specialized in creating high quality hand sculpted one of a kind wearable art. Mystic Glass has since dissolved and evolved into this new journey with Hayes Glass Designs. Through community, Tyler has been asked to create memorial pieces encasing ash of loved ones in a timeless keepsake. Tyler now offers his custom cremation pieces through a delicate consultation to best suit the needs of his clients. Tyler and his wife, Leah, also founded Enviro Glass Straw in 2012. Enviro Glass Straw began out of a desire to teach their children to tread lightly on the Earth. As Canada’s first manufacturer of glass drinking straws, Enviro Glass Straw continues to provide locally made ecological choices. As Tyler’s glass blowing experience has grown in the last 18 years, his talent and skills have inspired sculpture work and larger custom pieces. .
