Jesse Mark

I hold a Diploma in Jazz Studies from Capilano University and have been active in Vancouver, performing a variety of genres as a sideman and bandleader. I currently live in Victoria on Vancouver Island, but travel to Vancouver regularly.

My goal is to foster meaningful relationships through collaborating with creative and reaching musicians.

Early influences: John Bonham, Mitch Mitchell, Charlie Watts, Chad Smith, Ringo Starr, Keith Moon, Benny Greb.

Later Influences: Elvin Jones, Mark Guiliana, Tony Williams, Roy Haynes, Dave King, Frankie Dunlop, Ari Hoenig.
