Five Alarm Funk

Five Alarm Funk is alarmingly energetic and draw inspiration from Afrobeat, James Brown and Kool and the Gang, all performed with the scorching passion of talented 20-somethings playing like their lives depended on it. These guys play killer dance music with the finesse of a jazz band. The group includes Justin Kennedy and Carl Julig percussion, Neil Towers bass, Tom Towers congas/bongos, Max Murphy baritone saxophone, Oliver Gibson and Gabe Boothroyd guitars, Dameian tenor and alto saxophone, Tayo Branston drums/vocals, Ryan Naso trumpet, and Nimish Parekh trombone.
