DJ Raaj

One of the top spinners in Vancouver, DJ Raaj is a recent transplant from the San Francisco Bay Area and he brought lots of dance-party moxie up north with him. A 20-year veteran of the music world, Raaj helped pioneer the Bollywood nightclub scene in San Francisco in the late ‘90s and was hailed as one of its premier exponents. He has also performed internationally in cities such as Auckland, Amsterdam, London, and Paris and had long-term residencies in dance clubs in Las Vegas and Los Angeles.
Influenced by disco, funk, and early electronica, Raaj is a certified crowd-pleaser who knows how to rock the room.
