Jeni Fleming Sextet

A musical prodigy who spent 22 years as a classical pianist, Jeni Fleming is better known now as an award-winning vocalist who does wonderful standards and affecting originals. Fleming grew up singing in her mother’s church choir, later becoming a teenage piano sensation. However, voice was always her first love and 12 years ago she began touring as a guitar/vocal duo. Six albums, and innumerable jazz festivals later, the incomparably talented Fleming is internationally in demand. She won many new fans in Victoria when she opened for Dave Brubeck at last year’s JazzFest.
