The Hand - Abbotsford

The Hand is a noisy hardcore band originally from Abbotsford, a bible-belt in the middle of nowhere. As all of the individuals in the band have a belief in the Christian faith, we are very frustrated by all of the superficial bullshit that can come with middle class, traditional Christianity. We believe that Christ was an activist and someone who did not conform to societal constraints. We also believe that Christianity does not necessarily mean going to church or following strict rules, but that it means living out a lifestyle truly different than the world around us.
