About

Naturally 7

“Naturally 7 use their voices as instruments – a style they call ‘vocal play’. Not just beat-boxing, but wailing guitar licks, bellowing brass and vibrant string arrangements. Every nuance is accounted for. The music needs to be seen to be fully appreciated.”

Opening for Michael Bublé around the world in 2008, the phenomenally talented vocal play group Naturally 7 continues to charm audiences and hold them in rapture.

From New York to LA, Australia to London, Naturally 7’s rich harmonies and remarkable ability to replicate instruments have propelled them onto the world stage. Crossing formats and styles, they move seamlessly from the melodic sounds of Simon and Garfunkel’s “Bridge Over Troubled Water” to the contemporary “Wall of Sound”, to their original interpretation of “Feel It (In The Air Tonight)”. Their unique talent is greeted by standing ovations nightly - truly artists that must be seen, to be believed.

In conjunction with the forthcoming tour, Naturally 7 will release a new CD Wall of Sound. The disc, in keeping with their signature style, will once again appeal to a wide range of musical tastes. In addition to some self-penned originals will be the group’s unique interpretation of the Rolling Stones classic, “As Tears Go By”. The CD is slated to hit stores the first week in October.

Since their first visit to Victoria at JazzFest ‘08, Naturally 7 have been guests on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Ellen, Tavis Smiley and the U.S.’ hugely popular National Public Radio. They have performed at the Montreux Jazz Festival for Quincy Jones’ 75th birthday bash, for Prince Charles at the 80th Royal Variety Performance in London and they opened for Jay Leno in Las Vegas. Two weeks ago they were on The Late, Late Show with Craig Ferguson, joining Michael Bublé for his rendition of “Stardust”.

Naturally 7 “are magnificent”, stated The Guardian, “gave a stunning performance”, noted The Providence Journal and “were nothing short of amazing” said the Fort Worth Star Telegram. Don’t miss this opportunity to experience the “8th wonder” (Seven Magazine, London)!
